Toughness critics point out that in recent years Wortham has become sort of a whiny little bitch, she quit smoking, and admitted not being able to drink shots with beers, and the only sport she does is cycling, which everyone knows is not very tough. Some reports indicate her recent claims that she is now "pumping iron" are a little exaggerated.
"It is obvious to me, that for whatever reason, Denise just seems to be the press's new tough darling."

I'm a litte nervous. I mean, I remember how tough you used to be back in the West River days. Florida seems to have softened you up a bit. Will this tropical clime do the same to me?

this is true sassmaster, all that whining about the cold i think did terrible damage to my toughness quotient, in the end i just could not overcome it.
well, admitting it is the first step to recovery, Mully . . . i just hope Boomer takes note.
I just don't know if us tough-as-nails SD chicks could take seeing another of our number succomb to the hedonistic, soft Floridian lifestyle...
