Taxidermy at Last, No Thanks to Some People

Meet Muskie and Fez, who reside in the Vermillion library. You can see their comely caretaker fussing over them up top and then some random visitor posing with them in hopes of stealing a little of their glamorous sheen while partially blocking the shot with her head.
For some reason, the local photographer in Verm couldn't be bothered to post the photos himself and instead outsourced that task to a St. Paul resident. I wonder what the chances are of our getting to see images of the pair in their Easter outfits? I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Thank you again for bringing these two delightful critters to the viewing pleasure of the HIA readership. Heroic.

Just thought of another bogarted piece of info:

Caretaker sings Muskie and Fez to the toon of Chico and the Man.

jeez, the reason it was crucial that *you* post the pix is because there were people on your blog (http://mc-sassmaster.blogspot.com/2007/03/dandy-pants.html) that were asking about the phenomenon of costumed taxidermy...i could post on the hia blog, but not on yours. thus poor hulles is still left with only your 79 words to describe such pageantry instead of the full color majesty of you and roxy cavorting amongst the becostumed dead. hey, you're a hell of a wordsmith, but really...do you think you can convey such beauty without words failing?
