Blue -- For you!
I got my camera going by prying on the lens with a knife! Technology!
Anyhoo, this is the sad song I mentioned. One of Lucinda Williams'. I was gussied up to go to a party so I took the opportunity to film myself looking better than usual.
Listen for accompanying howls by Mrs. Winklemeyer, my new cat.

Why Am I The Only One Singing On This Blog Lately?
Come on Rox and Mary! I miss you guys! As a means of protest, I didn't include the ABBA riff in this song. Be assured I could have, and I bet it would have sounded sweet too. I'm sorry it had to come to this. I know ultimately everyone suffers because of it, but I really felt like my hands were tied. What other option did those two scalawags leave me?
Oh, DAD-BURN IT! I just can't stay mad at those two, so I put a big ol' heart around the video, it's no ABBA riff, but it will have to do.
Whatever happened to the Yoda baby?

I Was Waiting For A Culture Club Medley....
I wasn't going to post this until someone else posted a song, specifically I was hoping Roxy would regale us with a few songs from Culture Club that she was working on. But in my continuing series of songs with the ABBA riff I offer you 'Brandy', a rather jaunty rendition, but 'Brandy' none the less. It was a bit unsettling how 'jaunty' I performed it, but try as I might, I just can't slow this one down. I guess I'm an excitable boy (an excitable boy, they all said)
...and here is a bonus video to prove it!

Different Drum
Well, it starts off a bit shaky, however, by the end, I look downright smug. But once you hear how I have incorporated an ABBA riff into a Michael Nesmith song, how can you blame me... It's an International Power Pop Coup! (By the by, get use to hearing that 'Knowing Me, Knowing You' riff, because I will be sticking it into every song I record henceforth anon!)
